MRD/BDS act to defend their intellectual property
Molecular Rebar Design, LLC / Black Diamond Structures, LLC know the importance of Intellectual Property (IP). Since 2009, we have obtained >155 patents across global geographies relating to the use of detangled carbon nanotubes (CNT), and mixtures of detangled CNT, matching the description of MOLECULAR REBAR® in batteries like those in consumer devices (ex. cell phones, laptops) and eVehicles. Recently, we retained Susman Godfrey, LLP to file suit against Samsung Electronics and LG Energy Solution for infringing certain of our patents.
